I understand that this freeze program is an alternative option to cancelling. I understand that submitting this freeze form will not cancel my membership. I understand that submitting this form is requesting a 3-month freeze, and it will only be processed on eligible memberships/accounts.
If you are not eligible, a member of our management team will reach out to you. Freezes cannot run consecutively. If you are currently frozen, your freeze period has to end before submitting a new freeze request.
Cancellations cannot be processed on frozen memberships. If you need assistance with a cancellation rather than a freeze, please visit a salon location to speak with a member of our staff.
