Simply request to FREEZE your VIP membership by submitting the form below. It is FREE to freeze, and no notice is required!

How does it work?
Your VIP Membership will be frozen for 3 consecutive billing cycles starting next month on the 1st. Your billing and services will automatically resume on the 1st of the month, once your 3-month freeze has ended. You may come back sooner if you would like, there is no early activation fee! Simply stop into your salon of choice to activate your membership. You will only pay a prorated fee for the remaining days left in the month.

I understand that by freezing my membership, my 1st of the month billing will automatically resume after the 3-month freeze period has ended. I understand that this freeze program is an alternative option to cancelling. I understand that submitting this freeze form will not cancel my membership. I understand that submitting this form is requesting a 3-month freeze, and it will only be processed on eligible memberships/accounts.

This online freeze submission has a 48-hour processing period. In-store freeze submissions are processed instantly.
